2) Rush Orders
Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Contact our office at (05600) 473 400 to obtain the the costs involved.
3) Acknowledgements
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via fax or email. Any changes made to your order requirements after the order acknowledgement may incur additional costs and production delays.
4) Copyright Laws
Customers assume full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy. RETURNS POLICY Returned Business Signs & LED products All returned products must be received by Messagecrazy.com within 30 days of original order and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling cost of all returned products. Customers who desire to return a product purchased at Messagecrazy.com must first obtain authorization. Customers with unauthorized return will not receive credits or refund. Customised products cannot be returned at any time.
Damage Claim
Customers must report all claims for breakage or damage immediately, whether the damage is concealed or obvious. All business signs and LED products. Claims of damage must be reported within 30 days of original order. You may be entitled to a reshipment, though not entitled to a refund, unless authorized by Messagecrazy.com.
Cancellation Of Your Business Sign
A £50 cancellation charge is applicable after the artwork had been prepared for your custom business sign order.
All orders of business signs will be shipped via standard post or carrier. Please allow ample time for delivery as Messagecrazy.com cannot guarantee carrier delivery time and are not responsible for carrier delivery delays. Customers who require special delivery should contact our office on (05600) 473 400
Packaging
All business signs are packed with our standard packaging. All special packaging requests must be sent to Messagecrazy.com in writing, through fax or email.
Production and Shipping Time
Normal despatch time for items in stock is 3 days.The general production lead-time for custom business signs is 30 days after the approval of final artwork. Please note that the production time does not include the time needed for delivery.
